"They are npart of AHN. Called to make an appointment for my mother who’s been a patient there for over 30 years , they asked questions about her status, had to call the actual site office to consult with their nurse, the call dragged on for18 minutes just to schedule the appointment. It’s changed, and not in a good way, since being absorbed by AHN. Why can ‘t the call be made directly to the office ..."

"Beware should have listed to the review that said this practice was a mess. A simple wellness visit. First time at this practice because my old PCP retired. All they had to do is what I have previously done for the last 30 years. But, somehow they messed it up and I ended up having to pay $170 for blood work that they prescribed.
