"Ridiculously poor practice management. I called in April for a colonoscopy appointment. It was scheduled through a central scheduling process for June (nearly two months from the date of my call). A week before the scheduled appointment, I got a message that Dr. Machiko was not doing procedures on the date I was scheduled. Got sent back to central scheduling.
