"I went here for a few years, moved away and then came back. At least 5 years ago I was charged to have my bottom retainer put back on and insurance picked up a lot of it I guess because I had a $60 balance when I moved back. (Not knowing I had moved away, They wanted to use it to pay for a deep cleaning after ASSUMING I had neglected my teeth, instead of asking me if I had been getting regular cleanings!) ..."
