"Called to make an appointment and had to wait 3 weeks for at home visit. Then told could be from 9AM to 6PM...that a doctor would be in the area. Asked when I could get a better window of time. Call back at 3 or 4. Might know then. Really...have to block out a whole day? Said I just needed the gentleman's toenails cut...is disabled and elderly...thick toenails and not a full blown out examination ..."
