"Rude, unprofessional, and highly invalidating. STAY FAR AWAY. The two receptionists at the front desk were very rude from the moment I checked in. They spoke to me like I was a child and I could tell one of them was judging me. "I tried to get work done here, but found it impossible to get things scheduled. They would work to get pre-authorizations for everything, including a cleaning. But according to my insurance, they don't need to because they already have a breakdown of all costs provided by the insurance. This caused it to take 4 months to schedule a cleaning.
