"Ms. Surekha Varkey NP appears to know very little about the urology as a medical practice. After a year under her care, I switched from Albany Med to St. Peter's, where I am seeing an attentive and knowledgeable urologist MD. After an initial MRI to track benign kidney cysts, all that Ms. Varkey would do once a year is a urine culture and a manual prostate inspection. No follow-up on the cysts. For ..."

"Low performance reception. Disappearing scheduled appointments, among other goofs. "3 Stooges" theme actually comes to mind now when dealing with the scheduling or phone calls with receptionists"

"Stay away if you can. This medical group is a nightmare and completely inaccessible to their patients. Have never been seen by a physician, and cannot even obtain adequate follow up by their NP providers or nursing staff. Just horrible."
