"All of my experiences have been great until today. I received no information about your Covid procedures, no phone call or text. I arrived 15 minutes early and attempted to call the office 4 times. The voicemail mailbox was full. I stayed until 4:00 and left. Why was the voicemail on? Why wasn’t I called in advance about your procedures? If you were open, why were all calls going directly to voicemail? ..."
