"Dr Farr is a caring and trusted healthcare doctor. Her hours are 8:30 am to 2:00pm. I've been going to her for at least 5 years. Her staff is friendly as well (although I once had a staff member who refused to call Aetna for my prescription and sent it to Costco.) "

"It's crazy how hard it is to actually reach someone in the office - even if it's too pay a bill! I appreciated the doctor but it's not worth the hassle. I'm finally hanging up after being on hold for 26 minutes! I was just excited to reach a human instead of a recording because with the many times that I have left messages, I have yet to be called back once."
