"I am terrified of the dentist. The office smells overwhelmingly like a dentist office. Even the sounds of the dentist tools send fear down my spine. Consider white noise like a counselors office, so you don't hear the conversations and sound from the person next to you. My hygienist, Doris, knows that i am fearful and tried to talk to me the entire time in order to get my mind off of what was happening. ..."

"I love the service at this office. The office staff, the hygienist and Dr.Golden are all great. That is why we continue to go there, but the waits are pretty torturous. Because I have a daughter with special needs, we have to go in the morning when the do all the young children. So we wait 20-30 mins to be called back, and then the kids are back there for about 45min-1 hour. Which wouldn't be so awful ..."

"I've been happy with the Dental Care at this office but you I always wait 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. The appointment itself takes another 45 minutes. I have to carve out an entire morning to take my two kids to the dentist."

"As new patent's, I was not "allowed" to check out the facility or escort my young daughters to the exam area. It's always unsettleing when rules are intended to isolate parents from their children. Both my daughters and myself were creeped out!"

"First appointment was not good. Hygienist was rough and cut my daughter's gums in 2 places. Decided to give it another try and ask for a new hygienist. The one we had at our last appointment was friendly, gentle and professional. My daughter really liked her. The front desk staff is not welcoming or friendly. "The front desk staff and especially the Spanish lady who sits in the middle could be friendlier and more helpful. The one in the middle acts like she hates her job and seems bothered when asked questions. NO GOOD. Gabe's hygienists was wonderful. She was gentle, patient and kind. He said the dentist was grumpy."

"The front office staff is the office's/clinic's front. They should be nice and friendly especially to parents. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this office. "This is the third time I've been to this dentist office and customer service is always good. Only problem I had yesterday was when the receptionist never buzzed me to come get my son and couldn't find him when I asked how he was doing. "Appointment was fine with the exception that I was told that I could not come back. If I would have known that I had no say so in my daughter's treatment then I would have never brought her to this office. I would have utilized my dentist or my husbands, where I do have a say so in my dental care."

As an office we always allow the patient to choose to complete treatment or not, however if the doctor feels treatment that is needed to maintain the health of the patient is being disregarded they will not supervise what they see as neglect.
