"I've been coming to this office for over 10 years. The last year especially, they have gone down hill quick. I was having issues and with their incompetence I got upset a few times. I said I'm not a difficult person and George the manager has the nerve to say, well lately you have been. I've had major surgery and made appointment with Dr Sharma. He was awful.
