"Not impressed at all. They are not clear with directives, too quick to diagnose serious health conditions, constantly and harassingly looking for other potential health problems, regardless of my personal opinions pertaining to the matters, can be smug and insensitive at times, and caseworkers behave as if they're there for the paycheck only. "I've been coming to this office for over 10 years. The last year especially, they have gone down hill quick. I was having issues and with their incompetence I got upset a few times.
