"NOPE NOPE NOPE! I waited 2 months for an appointment and then when I was 5 mins away and they called me to tell me I needed a referral to come in. I NEVER needed a referral before, my son goes to the eye Dr every year. When I asked why she called me 5 mins before my appointment she said "Normally we don't call anyone so we are doing you a favor.""
