"Drove 1.5 hours to get there today and the young girl at the front desk said we are closed when i push the speaker button at the front door. Very impolitely and a matter of fact. I said to her I had drove and hour and a half to get there from the Fort Washington Facility because my Spouse was transferred there and I wanted to see her. I didn't know the hours for visiting.
