"Dr. Chong put little effort into testing, and no effort into treatment, to "care" for my little grandson, age 5 years, who has been ill (often very ill) off and on for 4 months now. I felt like our precious baby was just being ignored by Dr. Robert Chong, and left to suffer without testing, without even looking at our grandson's patient history (his current symptoms and those of his recent many illnesses), ..."

"My nephew received very poor care from Dr. Robert Hanul Chong, who just didn't seem to care enough to read my sister's careful notes on the progression of the 5-year-old child's illness. Dr. Chong refused to any reasonable testing beyond a throat swab for strep. Very bad experience with a doctor who gives you the strong impression he would rather -not- be treating patients.
