"HORRIBLE!!!!!!I have been calling this office weekly since Nov/2025 for a Prior Authorization for a Diabetic medication and nothing is done. Every week is a different person that I have to explain everything to because they don't note my chart, Every They say they will return my call and NEVER CALL BACK.
