"From the time I entered to the time I left the clinic every one from the reception to the doctor they were all very comforting and very professional. Specially the doctor’s assistant I forgot her name she is amazing, her greetings and professionalism was wonderful. Highly recommend for everyone to experience this wonderful people."

"I took my family there for a routine cleaning for the first time and let’s just say it was nota cleaning what so ever. The cleaning took 10 minutes max and it barely felt like they were cleaning our teeth. Additionally, my daughter went to teeth specialist the next day and they told her she needed a cleaning even though she had one the day before!"

Ms. Ramos, I take all reviews seriously. I have investigated your feedback and I do not think your family was seen at our office. We have no patient of record with your name. If you look at our past reviews, we have an overall rating of 4.9. We can not get a rating that high without satisfying our patients. I thought maybe you used a different name since we did refer someone to a specialist that day. We contacted that specialist for more information since you stated ". . . they told her she needed a cleaning. . . " According to the specialist, they have no record of seeing that person. So it seems you have the wrong office. Please consider removing your review. Otherwise please contact me directly at the office so we can clear up this confusion. Thank you, Dr. Randy Chang, DDS
