"To keep it short, this was a follow-up appointment after minor surgery. I paid a $50 copay and then waited exactly 52 minutes before seeing the doctor. When he finally came in, he asked me one question: "Are you in pain?" I said no, and he immediately responded, "OK, I’ll check you out." I get that doctors run behind schedule, but seriously? "I saw Dr Syed and needed a procedure which took 3 mos to schedule. The day before the procedure they cancelled my appt, rescheduled then call the next day and cancelled that appt. I went today and waited an hour town went to the front desk and told needed to reschedule. I was told that the dr needed to be there and he was only in that office on Wed. Poor office management.
