"I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks. This is the most incompetent organization I have ever encountered. I had my records sent 3 times and they still can’t put it together to schedule an appointment. The person I talked to is semi English literate. Impossible."

"Wonderful doctors here, however, the phone system is the worst I have ever known for a medical office. You have typical waits of a half hour, then you give up and leave your number for a call back. They never call back. I've had to physically visit the office to get an appointment."
