"Agree with poster who had to leave. The doctors are great. The front office is more than a disaster. Actually it’s in total shambles. Had a procedure 12/30/25. Went to hospital and waited only to find out Office never sent request for authorization to Humana. Postponed to 1/13/26. Guess what? As of this writing (1/5) office has not scheduled operating room/time/anesthesia as yet. Hospital ..."

"I've been a patient since 2019. Dr. Terrance Regan is an outstanding medical practitioner. I have no complaints with quality of care. The Palm Coast office administration, however, is a disaster! Things have deteriorated to the point I've been forced to leave. Calls go straight to voicemail. Calls are never returned. Current Patient Portal is completely dysfunctional. You can't compose and send messages. ..."
