"My husband used this office. They are repeatedly sending a bill that is not correct based on the EOB from our insurance. Now we cannot locate them, cannot call them, none of the numbers are working numbers. Web site goes to a Go Daddy option. Seems they are in a scam of some kind. I would not use this office. "
