"My first appointment was canceled the day of by office staff stating they were having computer problems. I waited 2 weeks for next appointment. I received multiple reminder and confirming texts for a 10:00 appointment. When I showed up at 10, PA Kristin refused to see me saying I should have arrived by 9:30. "This place is a joke. You ask for 1 simple request because you have moved and they refuse. Never had an issue with them before but now they are costing my insurance company 4 ER visits a week for the next 3 weeks until I see my new doctor, Thry have already cost them 3.
