"Horrible. I went in to schedule an audiology appointment. I had been a patient for about 6-7 years and two audiologists had left and I wanted to schedule with the new doctor. Lady at the front desk told me the new audiologist was hardly there and since I hadn't had an appointment with the ear, nose and throat doctor they wouldn't let me see him. I had a visit with the ear, nose and throat doctor ..."

"Sadly only doctor available outside of Kaiser Permanente service and they know this. Also double sadly his wife runs the operation and has computer files that label you as a patient for being worth keeping or they'll drop you. Maui needs more doctors to accept Blue Shield insurance, etc."

"Medical care is good. But they never called in to order a test then tried to blame imaging center. Office manager a nightmare. Rude is not enough to describe her. Said I can’t come back because I wrote letter to the doctors telling them how rude she was to me. Many other reviews about her too. Guess they don’t care about keeping patients "
