"The whole experience from scheduling an appointment and paying a bill (you will wait on hold forever), to the office staff/appearance of the office, and then the doctor who MAYBE spent 10 minutes with me as a first-time patient (I waited longer for him than he cared to spend with me), made for a less than stellar experience. "Called to make an appointment with Dr. Batru on Friday December 2, 2022. Receptionist said scheduler was not available and no one knew when she would be back to work. My husband explained that we needed to make an appointment as soon as possible and asked to speak to someone who might know or the doctor's assistant. She finally said the scheduler would be in the office on Tuesday Dec 8th. "
