"I’m still horribly surprised the ratings here are so low. I got superb service by everyone, from the front desk (both desks) to all of those connected with my colonoscopy I had two days ago. I was told however that here was a complete change of staff pretty recently, so that may be the reason. "Tried to get appt for almost 3 weeks, after referal. Never got call back after many left messages. went for screening for colonostomy referal, then met with guy that does referals, he said ,"I'm the only one that does referals, there are a lot of them, so 2 weeks , if you don't hear from me stop by to see about your referal. Can I call, do you have an ext. #....no, was the answer. I felt very ..."

"The doctor was great the support staff is unsatisfactory. The robot that handles calls hangs up on you and you have to wait an enormous amount of time to get a human. When you get a human they cannot tell you why they told you to call in. I requested by signature medical records 6 weeks ago and still not sent. 6 weeks and no lab results who knows ! Go elsewhere!"

"Tried for 5 weeks to get a colonoscopy scheduled. I had the initial consultation, but was never able to have anyone from the office call me back to schedule an appointment. They only allow you to leave a message to schedule an appointment, but never call back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEN FROM A DOCTORS OFFICE."

"Every time I call I spend 20 to 30 minutes on hold with a rep who does not know what she is doing. The first rep Michelle sent me to Palm Coast to see a PA for Dr Alawad when I asked to see Dr Riner in Daytona. The second rep Luanne is sending me to see an NP on Dunlawton when I asked to see Dr Neubert after 30 minutes on a call. More to Come"

"The whole experience from scheduling an appointment and paying a bill (you will wait on hold forever), to the office staff/appearance of the office, and then the doctor who MAYBE spent 10 minutes with me as a first-time patient (I waited longer for him than he cared to spend with me), made for a less than stellar experience. "Called to make an appointment with Dr. Batru on Friday December 2, 2022. Receptionist said scheduler was not available and no one knew when she would be back to work. My husband explained that we needed to make an appointment as soon as possible and asked to speak to someone who might know or the doctor's assistant. She finally said the scheduler would be in the office on Tuesday Dec 8th."
