"Avoid this clinic. This practice has a policy requiring an in-office visit before setting up a wellness visit. Wellness visits are covered by most insurance whereas office visits are not. I went to the office to establish care to be able to do an annual wellness visit. During my first visit, I waited over 50 minutes to see the provider. After waiting, I spent approximately five minutes with the provider ..."
