"You could replace Jessica from the Laser Surgery Dept with someone with solid qualifications ... Jessica was impatient, rude and sarcastic ... incompetent. We choose to terminate with Advanced Eye, North Dartmouth specifically because of our experience with Jessica. She isn't qualified to work with the public. I tried to speak with someone, but was actually disrespected by the individual/process. ..."
