"I spoke with both the scheduler and surgical counselor regarding a consultation for the Light Adjustable Lens, and the experience was disappointing. The counselor couldn’t clearly explain basic cost details like out-of-pocket expenses or what I'd be responsible for, despite multiple attempts to get clarification. I simply wanted a straightforward breakdown, but the responses were vague and unhelpful. ..."
