"The worst customer service ever!! My MRI was denied because the wrong info was submitted to my insurance company. While trying to straighten it out with the women who answers the phone she loudly said to me Mr. -----. there is nothing I can do unless you self pay. She wouldn't even listen to me when I was trying to tell her the claim has been resubmitted. Anyone in customer service knows to listen ..."
