"RIDICULOUS!! While Dr. Purcell is an incredible professional, I cannot say the same for the office staff as I have been trying to get a financial breakdown for services for over a month now only to be told "YOU ARE ON BARB'S TIME" Since when did this become an appropriate manner of client care? When my son's care dental is complete, if it even gets completed, we will be seeking services elsewhere----where ..."
