"Make sure you don't book an appointment and cancel when you lose your job and you lose your insurance and you're not able to pay the other $600 that was quoted for your appointment and they charged you $200 cancellation fee for canceling 2 days before your appointment however it was a Saturday so it doesn't count as a business day so you're going to get f***** as a customer and charged $200 and they're ..."

"1. BILLING is UNETHICAL. Said didn't receive check, i stopped payment & sent a new check. Ultimately they cashed both checks, after stopped pymt expired, & then double billed to accommodate. They actually added the duplicate amount months later, after they cashed the replacement check, and then cashed original check. Believe they were holding original check, since it said Paid In Full (wasn't paying ..."
