"Could not wait in pre surgery with my wife like we have done elsewhere, she is fine but I saw a young man go in after my wife was in there waiting 1.5 hours and they would not allow the mother to go in and wait with him . Surgery was a very scary and traumatic experience for my son that was about the same age as this young man , he was a nervous wreck and I felt that it would have been horrific for ..."
