"X-ray Friday confirmed 75% tear. Have called every day for 6 days to get a surgery date. Scheduling person is never available so I leave a voicemail. Called today 2nd time and asked to talk to nurse “why” because I am in pain and not sleeping all of these days, I’ll transfer you to scheduling. Left another voicemail … never a call back. Total lack of care or consideration. "
