"I went in for 1st. Appt. After a heart attack, thyroid storm and internal bleeding. I prev. Was seen by wake med for the 1st 30 days and was told I needed to establish pcp. Upon going in, I explained I can't pay, I have no money. The Receptionist said they are not a free clinic. I understand that but a wake med case mgr. Sent a fax to them the day before explaining my financial situation and said ..."
