"We paid our bill and still they send us bills and now we have received a final notice when our bill has already been paid, wasted 2 hours on hold on the phone and to only get dropped. we have no choice but to turn this over to an attorney to resolve this."

"Avoid like the plague. Saw the doctor for 5 minutes, was told by the doc that my procedure would cost $800-900. I said cool let's do it. Get a letter in the mail a week before the procedure saying that you need to call the surgery center to get the total cost with anesthesia and fees included.....
