"Avoid this place. I was told by 3 people to not go here due to questionable things, rudeness, billing, etc. I still gave them a chance. That was my fault. They just cancelled appt we had for a month! The lady on the phone offered nothing, no help, no conversation, no assistance, basically just said 'it is what it is.' You're right, I'll go somewhere else and so will my money!"

"I have been a patient here for about two years. Earlier this year, I was charged for a procedure that should have been covered by insurance. It turns out they ran the incorrect insurance. I provided the correct insurance, and they re-submitted the claim. It went through and I was told that I would be issued a refund. I have been calling since May for the refund. It is now October.
