"Mr. Shashidhar Ramchandrareddy has poor to no good manners! He behaves rude because he is very short fused. Such deficiencies in social skills certainly lead to excessive miscalculations in judgement! I recommend getting *qualified* help and advice. It is widely available and very beneficial. But it will take time and his commitment!"
