"Had a chest issue, was first told I had a virus, 2 weeks later went back and said I had COPD but wanted me to get an xray.3 visit told I may have COPD. During this whole time never saw the doctor Carmassi once. Different nurse each time. This was the worst experience I have ever had in 40 years"

"Hands down the worst experience that I have had in10 years in Pasco county. Only saw my primary care doctor once in over a year. Came down with something and went there to see the doctor, because I was a walk in they sent me to emergency care. Said there for27 minutes and no one came in to see me"
