"Terrible experience — I would not recommend this orthodontist. I spent $5,000 on Invisalign, only to have my bottom retainer break in half after just one month. They repaired it and admitted it was made too thin. Then, two months later, my top retainer broke as well. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was "office policy" to charge $250 to replace it — even though it was clearly another ..."
