"Horrible front desk workers (especially the lady on the right)! The lady up front first said I had 3 missed appointments (I've only missed one-I've rescheduled, but only missed one appointment total) and when I said sorry I don't have money on hand she said "not even 2 dollars?!" in a very rude tone. Then the 2nd time I came to my appointment all of the sudden I've "missed 2 appointments" and it's ..."
