"Ugh! I didn't even get to see the doctor. I saw Dr. Factor while in the hospital last yr and he was amazing!! I called today to make an appt with him since I'm having issues. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she was on drugs! I could hardly understand her. She tells me I would have to be booked under a new patient?
