"a most "toxic" Dr Jekle-Hyde personality, unethical behavior for a dentist. was a client approx 2 years, mainly for cleanings. when in the dentist chair, she ignored my severe pain on two visits, cause me nerve problems and would not refund my money when I showed her Urgent care report. She falsified medical records"
