"Location - Good, except you never know what floor you're going to be on that day so arrive early to take the elevator when you waited in the wrong lobby for 10 minutes until the front desk tells you... Front Desk- usually nice Checkout Staff - could use attitude improvement Officer manager Kristell- super nice but unable to do much Dr. Miller - HORRIBLE - she will belittle you and your pain and ..."
