"If you have another option, take it. Was told to show up at 10:15 for 10:30 appointment. One other person ahead of me. It is 11:15 and I'm still sitting here. When I asked about delay, I was told "your appointment was 10:30 and you're next." Well, that didn't happen. Tech was excellent. Only redeeming factor. "
