"The dental side of this business is fine. However, I was not very happy with the orthodontist side of the business. They had told me I needed a deep cleaning, but I went to another dental office for second hand feedback and they said my teeth were fine except that there was some plaque and tartar, but nothing that needed an advanced cleaning, which makes me think that it was a scam for money. "Thank you to the Cartersville location for excellent care! I’ve been going to the Hiram location, and this place is far better. The doctors are nicer and actually care. However, the price I was quoted was far too high. My insurance pays 50% and on the documents I was given it stated they paid maybe 15%. Unfortunately, I will need a second opinion that hopefully turns out cheaper or I won’t be getting ..."

"The Cartersville office was so amazing. We have been to Hiram before and was disappointed every time we left, but Cartersville was so warm and friendly. They took care of my sons crowns and B never complained once. So thankful for this office and the staff there"

"My experience overall was great. My only problem is the carpet in front. When I walked in it smelt like old covered up urine. The carpet was also spotted up in a few areas. Hopefully they’ll take care of it soon. Besides that I would go back and would also recommend."
