"This was 1 of my worse experiences. The staff is not forthcoming with information. If I didn't know what questions to ask then I'm not sure what information would have been provided to me. I didn't learn of any balance until I asked. I didn't learn that claims were not being submitted until I asked. I wasn't made aware that I had the opportunity to follow Dr. ******* until I asked.
