"Dr. Kasturi and her PA Goma are a delight! however, the compliments must stop there. The Ormond office staff are so under-manned that they are incapable of conducting a simple referral. When calling the Ormond office, it is nearly impossible to speak to a human being, all you can contact is voice mail. If seeking a new physician, go elsewhere, A1 Family Practice are more trouble than the effort is ..."
