"Dr Ponce did not speak to me after surgery. Hospital did not give discharge paperwork. He did a different surgery than was discussed and scheduled, didnt do what was discussed, and changed it all in my chart. Wrote in my notes the surgery was elective when I was told it was necessary to determine I wasn't at risk for a stroke. Completely abusive and medically negligent. Do not trust this man or ..."
