"I give the ER no stars, I took my son to the ER due to him having chest pains, walked to the window and the young lady that opened the window was very pleasant, I told her he was having chest pains and then I looked over and the nurse immediately put her hands over her face and shook her head, like we we were an inconvenience or something but we went back to the room anyway, then the the pleasant ..."
