"I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I have nothing but raves for the care I’m getting. I don’t know who left that last referral, but I’ve had nothing but outstanding results from the Salisbury VA. Of course nothing is perfect, but when it comes to Drs, nurses, assistants, the PT staff, they all really care about their patients, I won’t go anywhere but there. "I am new here from out of state. So far, the doctors seem fine, but the Advocate/Patient Experience Office is a joke. Talked with 4 different people, got 4 different answers all of which were wrong. The ONLY people in the entire office that know what to do is reception. Unfortunately, they can't make decisions, but they can and do get you to somebody that can, unlike the advocates.
