"After being diagnosed with DCIS (breast cancer), I found myself in scheduling purgatory, where the first person on the phone treated my concerns for urgency with almost contempt, neglecting to provide me with any assurance that she would personally help me with how to explain why a faxed script from my doctor for an MRI would be in an “1-1 1/2 hour” queue, never mentioning what the fax # was so that ..."
